Governor Mike Rounds announced that he’s accepted the endorsement for the United States Senate from former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania.
“I’m very pleased to have earned the support from Sen. Santorum and his Patriot Voices PAC,” said Gov. Rounds. “I appreciate his efforts in defending our freedoms through a strong national defense, and promoting economic freedom through opportunity, all while maintaining a strong belief in family values.”
Gov. Rounds joins a long list of sitting conservative members of Congress and candidates alike who have been endorsed by Sen. Santorum.
“We need common sense and Midwestern values in the United States Senate, not more power in the hands of Harry Reid," said Sen. Santorum. "As governor, Mike Rounds was a proven job creator, and he will go to Washington to stop Obamacare and stand up for life."
