It takes a team.
Thank you for the support throughout this primary election. Because of your help, we secured an amazing 56% of the vote in a five-way primary race. Our volunteers and campaign staff made calls until the polls closed, went door-to-door and held signs in the rain across South Dakota. I’m very, very grateful for your help and support.
Tuesday night, was just the first step. We can’t let up.
From the beginning, we’ve focused on the big picture – winning in November. The differences between our campaign and the general election opponents will be very clear.
- Obamacare needs to be repealed and replaced
- We need to save Medicare
- Pass the REINS Act: Federal regulations are strangling our economy and killing jobs
- Oppose the President’s new national energy tax that will cost South Dakota families $140 a month
- Eliminate the Federal Department of Education and pass savings directly to the states
- Protect 2nd Amendment rights
- Lower taxes
- Pro-family
These are a few examples of the serious issues that we’ll focus on over the coming months. The contrast between my position and the liberal democrats will be stark.
I truly believe our South Dakota common sense message will appeal to republicans, conservative democrats and independents.
